Cut any products of animal origin (apart from honey) out of your diet. They are difficult to digest, make your breath stink (and they stink at the other end of your body as well) and cause fatigue. By doing so, you can also expect to get rid of puffy eyes and runny nose if you suffer from that regularly.

There are some excellent varieties of soy and rice milk on offer, as well as tofu and seitan (smoked is my favourite). I do not understand why so many people won't touch them.

Eat plenty of veggies, include beans and nuts in your diet. Make sure you get enough fibre (eg have oats or all-bran flakes for breakfast and eat wholemeal bread).

You don't need to exaggerate with exercise. Walk, ride a bicycle, take a swim. That's enough.

You'll be surprised by the new you!

Best wishes

from me :-)

Watch your diet for sure - if you're consuming a lot of junky foods, that will sap you of energy for sure. Eat a balanced diet with lots of lean proteins, whole grains, and leafy green veggies. And drink copious amounts of water and get plenty of sleep.

Find a hobby that you love, and also exercise if you don't have any physical restrictions. Help someone in need.
