You have more men than women in the wedding party. You don't DO anything. You're not breaking some major wedding law that says the bride and groom must have an equal number of attendants.

That's simple!
Instead of having the bridal party walk into the church in pairs, have all the guys standing up front by the groom and have just the gals walk down the aisle. For the recessional, pair them off but have one or two groups of three (one woman being escorted by two guys on either side of her). Do the same type of pairing for the enterance for the reception, and skip the bridal party dance.

Two groomsmen can walk a bridesmaid down the aisle, or the "extra" groomsmen can be given a special job like seating grandparents, the mother of the bride, etc.
Like one other answerer said, be sure you have a stand in for the bridal party dance!!

It is fine to have an uneven wedding party. No one will really notice or care.
I suggest having the extra groomsmen walk with the bridesmaids (ie. 2 groomsmen with a bridesmaid in the middle). Or you can have the extra groomsmen walk the mothers or grandmothers down the aisle.

I've been to a lot of weddings where one bridesmaid got walked down by 2 guys, one on each side. It works well. I had 2 extra guys in mine so I made them ushers. one was my half brother and the other was my husbands cousin so it was important to us not to leave them out. They were still in all the pictures and everything... it worked very well for us. My mom enjoyed my brother being able to walk her down and sit her as well.

Make them ushers??
How does this happen, don't you sit down and make a list before you start randomly asking people??
Sometimes you just can't have everyone in the wedding!!

My daughter had one less BM than he did groomsman. The pictures are fabulous and she decided instead of just adding a girl to even it out she was going to stick to just her close friends and sister. There is no problem with that.

Ask the last man to be an usher, but the last man can also walk alone; men don't really care.
