coward to answer the phone and confront me. I found out he lied to me and found out little by little the truth about all his lies. Today, I found out the worst one. I called him and his voice mail answered so I left him a message that his act was up and I found out the truth about him and what he is all about. Well, I got an email, telling me he filed a harassment report against me to my city police dept. He lives in NY. I live in another state. First may he be lieing? Can he file a complaint with my police dept. Shouldnt he have to file one in his own city?Also, he said he called it in..I dodon't you have to file a complaint in person? I cant believe this coward has sunk this low. I know you must be saying let it go, but he put me thru much mental abuse that I cant do anything about. So I figured I would find out the truth on my own and I did. I wanted him to confront him and let him know I am aware of everything. I have neverhad a complaint placed against me before. What can I do?

1. It's doesn't matter if he lied . . he's your Ex!
2. Yes, he can file a complaint with your local PD. He can also file a restraining order. Don't be surprized if you get a visit from them soon.
3. My legal advice is you leave him alone . . and definitely quit leaving messages. They can be considered evidence.
4. He can't put you through any mental abuse that you don't let him.
5. I suggest you find counseling and get your life back together. You are definitely falling apart over this.

He can put a restraining order on you know matter where you two live. If he's so awful why are you calling him? And with all those messages you are leaving him it would seem you are either stalking him which is serious or at least harrassing him. Take the hint, he doesn't want anything to do with you so move on cause he'll have all this on record to use against you. If he gets this restraining order and you violate it you can go to jail.

The only way to file a "complaint" and get a restraint from harrassment is to file a No Contact Order. If you were not served its not a legal order. Additionally, you should just leave the guy alone...he is a loser...find a new man who would love you to call him...

okay first you need to ask yourself do you really need this aggervation? couldn't you be doing something more fun/constructive with your time than wasting it being pissed off at this loser? STOP CALLING HIM, your making yourself look like a fool which is what he wants everyone to think. So just forget it, leave the situation alone and yes, he can file a complaint for harrassment. Just go put your energy into something else because this is going to get you nowhere.

you are wasting time.... its the most valuable thing you have sometimes....leave him alone. as much as you think it will ake you feel better... it wont... it will make it worse.... you will think about even more...and your mind will be consumed by someone that doesnt want to be with you... or isnt enough of a man to be with you.... so stop... leave him be. things always work out in the end...and the people that treat others badly....always seem to have it come back to them... in fold....so in the end... move on... breathe again... smile.... and know.. that all bad deeds... will get punished... in the goofy way that life works itself out...

prohbably nothing will come of it unless you continue a pattern of contacting him like this when he doesn't want to hear from you anymore. you can eventually get yourself in criminal trouble for harrassment and/or stalking. Do not contact him anymore, move on with your life

Yes he can.He probably has it on file that you are STALKING him.I would just leave well enough alone and move on.
