Are there any photography courses in Singapore?

My little cousin just finished his Os (results in today)... He's looking into photography. Are there any photography courses in Singapore? We're leaning slightly towards polytechnic... Since his L1R5 is 19 (R4 15). Specialised courses would be nice. Otherwise, a general one would do too. Just as long as it has something to do with photography.

Yup...Apply through NAFA! He will be able to get a Professional Cert too!
