Use 8 Minute Abs . . it sounds cheesy, but it honestly works. The video takes you through 8 minutes of different ab exercises that target every area of your abs. Even after doing the video once, your abs already feel tighter. Give it a try! :)

If you are not over-weight, but only need to tone up, Pilates is a great exercise. Cardio is any exercise that gets your heart pumping, like power-walking, aerobics, running, etc.

when you are working on abs use weights abut 15 pouns total to start that help to tone then and fast cardio is like runing it works for warm up your body to do weights, you can hurt yourself if you don't do cardio=warm up before doing weights...I myself use the ball and weights and in about week you will wish you have doen that before...Good luck!!!

Running. You can do cruches,V-ups, hollow holds, but running is the best thing for you because it leans out your whole body, making you look thinner and more defined in the abs, legs, and thighs.

hope i helped ^_^

Lie on your back, neck up, arms to the side and feet off the ground. then bend your one leg so that your knee points upwards and stretch out your other leg parallel to the ground and point your toes. then bend that leg with the knee pointing upwards and the first leg stretched out parallel to the ground and pointed toes. do this reall really fast and over and over again, making sure that your head is not touching the ground and your arms are to your sides. It helps, trust me.
