yep you can make them,they are dead easy,all you need to do is,mix 5 table spoons of water,5 table spoons plain flour,mix it together to make a paste,make sure your oil is really hot then,put black pudding in mixture,pop it in the oil for a couple of minutes,hey presto,battered black pudding yummy.
