I have had sore front teeth for about a week and it really feels like they are moving forward! I had braces as a child to correct rabbit-like front teeth, but now they really feel like they have suddenly moved forward again. Is this possible? Or perhaps the pain in my front teeth is something different (not cavities as I saw the Dentist recently).

Get an invisible retainer. It is designed for your front teeth and goes behind your teeth instead of infront and consists of a small metal band that you can't even see unless you tilt your head back...Best of luck!

meth mouth? you might have had a infection in the gum and when the body clears itself from the infection it will tighten up. Its normal to have slight movement.
