Maybe the problem is how you define "enough" sleep. Try sleeping a little more than usual.

You can find out more about natural hemorrhoids cure here http://curehemorrhoid.info
Diarrhea can contribute to hemorrhoid formation because the bowel undergoes pressure strains due to the condition. Undue pressure on the veins that make up internal hemorrhoidal structures can worsen existing damage. Internal hemorrhoids are not visible, unless they proplapse (protrude) from the anus, either constantly or during a bowel movement. If this is the case, then you have a grade III or IV internal hemorrhoid. If the protrusion is on the anal verge or the area surrounding the anus, then its likely an external hemorrhoid. Reducing pressure from issues of diarrhea and constipation will help. Not straining during a bowel movement, not lifting heavy objects, not sitting for extended periods, all will help.

An external hemorrhoid is simply a vein located at the anal verge, the wall of which as weakened and protruded. Don't push on it, this will only increase pressure and worsen it. The body has to repair the vein wall and rebuild the integrity. This takes time, perhaps weeks, if all goes well. Use sitz baths and over-the-counter medications such as pads or creams to provide symptom relief in the interim. These won't solve the issue long term, but will give the tissue a better chance at self-healing.

Internal hemorrhoids are a different matter and require more intervention. Your best bet is to educate yourself about the condition, its causes and what options there are to treat it both short and long term. Don't ignore it though, hemorrhoids tend to become chronic in nature, lasting years or decades in some cases.

Prep H is an ointment for hemorrhoids..it reduces swelling in the skin tissue. I have never used it on my eyes..but it does work for the other..lol..it smells bad. I have heard of that trick with the eyes..and heard it does work. You can find it at walmart or any pharmacy. I have puffy eye problems at times due to not enough sleep, allergies etc..I used to, first thing in the am, right out of bed splash cold water on my eyes..that helps some..recently I started using Hydroderm product and it does work on the swelling. the frozen spoon or cold tea bags would work some to decrease swelling..just because of the coolness on the skin. You might try sleeping on two pillows, so your heard is elevated so the fluid does not accumulate in the eye tissues..good luck..

Don't use Preparation H it will make the skin drier and the bags will be worse. Avon ANEW for dark circles works great. For a concealer use Estee Lauder Double Wear Concealer. Dab it on, don't rub and blend gently to cover. Once it sets it stays on till you take it off. If you have bags under your eyes it can be cause from swelling due to allergies to certain types of alcohol. It can also be genetic. I get them when I drink Rum.

You need to start with a good Ph balancing toner. If your skin is balanced, it will start to even out. Next, you need a multi-action vitamin complex. I recommend Melalueca's Nicole Miller product. You can check it out on their website listed below. This will help you get rid of the dark circles. Obviously...sleep, good nutrition, and exercise if vital.

Take two wet teabags preferaby in cold water. Place cold teabags on your eyes, this helps soften and and get rid of darkbags. Or you could take cumbers and put the on your eyes. When your done put a good eye serum like olay on. In about a week or two you will see results.

Try stivectin, at GNC or your local heal food store.
Get a physical and have your thyroid checked.
It is natural, I have always had them, bummer, strivectin helps after about 2-3 weeks twice a day. Use a little, more does not mean better. Besides, it's very expensive.

I don't know if there is any way to get rid of them, but you can cover them with the right makeup. Go and buy a green and yellow concelor stick. Put the green on first and then the yellow. (Under your make up of course, and be sure to dab until it blens it and not rub it in.) Give it a try- works for me.
