I normally get enough sleep, i always exercise, i've tried cucumber slices but the results just don't last! What is preparation H? b/c i have heard about it, and where can i get it if it works? Does the frozen spoon trick really work, or the cold tea bag trick? Someone please help me, they are embarrassing...

i honestly think you should check it with a proper Dr. but you can apply a concealer, that should give you some coverage

Dark bags under the eyes are always a sign that your body is not healthy from the inside. Your flow of energies is broken, usually in the kidneys. Many times this is a cause that comes from the stress, so this should be the next thing you work on. No matter what you try, cucumber, frozen spoons or any other preparations and techniques can't help you better than replenishing your body energies and taking care of your health.

Exercise and getting enough sleep is very important and that's a good thing that you do, but there is more. Drinking enough fresh water daily and reducing the stress is still what you need. And also avoid heavy junk food, eat healthy food. But the problem could be that your kidneys don't work as they should, I recommend you to read articles I've written about this on my website, to get more detailed info why are the above things so important. And remember, don't get stressed so much, and the less you will get stressed over your dark bags under your eyes the faster they will go away, it really works this way!

i thought that the "PH" was to be used for puffy eyes, not dark bags. ck with ur doctor to acuratly know what u can use to get rid of the dark bags. (maybe try an oil of olay product for eye treatment). u never know, they could be coming from something else. (do u drink plenty of water?)

Cut potato slices and place it over your eyes.....In most of the cases, the puffiness and black color fade reduce with time.Better make it a daily routine.
