Special Operations (D boys)?

Army Counter-Terrorism soldiers always have to ready for any missions 24/7. But are they allow to take break time/vacation(Leave) like other soldiers?
Seems like they have no free time or no time for anything else. They are always oversea somewhere.. Are they actually "allowed" to take certain days break?

Yes but the have back-up for the ones on days off
