The irs says they can't answer my question untill feb 14th, i said well it's been 11 days since I filed, your website says feb 9th it will be deposited and still nothing. I got my paycheck deposited at midnight and so I am just pretty sure it won't be in today and I'll have to wait till monday because if my bank put thru my paycheck why not my refund.

Sometimes it depends upon your Bank. Many times the funds have been transmitted by the IRS, but the bank hasn't 'received' the funds or credited them to your account.

good luck & blessing

got that message of deposit for 1/26. still don't have it. rumor has it over 72,000 refunds delayed. now i'm told it can be up til 2/23. do you have the number to speak to a human being at irs? although it's not very helpful, it is a human. i've called 4 times with basic answer being it's not personal, 1-800-829-0582 ext. 462. good luck. my daughter e-filed 2/1 and her refund was deposited midnight last night. (for real.) i filed 1/14. nothing yet

Who told you deposits are made at midnight? The day's not over yet.

The simple answer is to call and ask. The date is always an estimate.

It could also be your bank holding the funds in transit. That isn't uncommon either.

Call and ask :)

Probably the end of the day today would be my guess. Monday at the latest.
