Egg white only omelet, you still get the taste and the protein value of the egg, but without the cholesterol contained in the yolk.
It's simple, just seperate the eggs, ( I just use my hands and a bowl to catch the white, chucking the yolks away in the bin) and after using either, non-stick spray, light oil such as canola or butter or marge depending on what your preference (use a non-stick skillet), then tilt the pan until the egg creates a thin layer and then move the edges with your spatula allowing the runny egg to run along the edges and cook until you have a firm while circle of egg, then just fill with whatever veggies or even salsa you have handy and then flip over on side, and there you have a yummy and healthy breakfast, add some whole grain toast and possibly some real fruit juice (no added sugar) and it's even better!!!

well a fun and healthy breakfast can have, something that is low in calories and chemicals like an all day breakfast but you want one that is fun plus healthy

have something like alpen or nutri grain accept with some chocalate on top and a bit of sweeteners it will still be quiet healthy, because when you are having weetabix you put about two table spoons of sugar in it. i don't see what is wrong with that. you can have weetabex with small cut pieces of cherry that'll taste sweet.and orange juice that has been sived leaving only the small pieces of pulp.and you can have bacon that allready has the right amount of vegetable oil in it, it could say that on the packet so people don't put too much oil in it.

Grilled mushrooms and tomatoes on toast. Should Sunday breakfast be healthy though?! A great breakfast on a Sunday always keeps my family going until the roast at teatime. We love banana pancakes or scrambled/poached eggs and bacon.

American pancakes cooked in a really good non-stick pan with maple syrup and lemon on top! To get one of your 5 a day, add some blueberries to the batter.
The only sugar you'll have is natural (so long as you don't use synthetic maple syrup) and you can make it even healthier by using wholewhear flour.

We like to do the breakfast burrito thing on the weekend. I fix a tray of plain burritos, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, green peppers, onions and cheese. I fix a bowl of salsa and a bowl of melted cheese on the side and everyone gets to fix their own burrito. Add some fresh juice and there you go!

Dollop 3 tbsps creamy yoghurt into a bowl. Crumble up a Weetabix all over the top. Toss on some manderin segments (from a tin) and finally drizzle over your fav honey.

Toad in the Hole: it's simple, quick, different, and not much cleanup. I sometimes do this while camping, or if I'm just in a hurry.

scramble an egg or two, add in cheese, chopped onion, ham, or whatever you like with eggs.

Heat a little olive oil in the pan, tear the center out of a slice of bread. White bread is OK, sourdough is great. Put the slice of bread in the pan, and the torn-out center also next to it.

Fill the hole in the bread with the egg mixture. Fry until it's done on one side, then flip the bread with egg, and also the torn-out section. Brown the other side, and serve with juice, coffee, or whatever you like.

Stuffed french toast!

Make a banana sandwich, dip in whipped egg and fry in hot skillet.

May not sound healthy but you have your fruit, protein and wheat all in one.

Serve with a nice glass of cold milk or OJ.
