my best mates going out with this guy she says she loves him but she only started 2 go out with him to make another guy jealous.
now the guy she tried to make jealous asked her to go out with him she said yes she's been cheating for like a week and she says she loves them both. I said that if she did love even one of them she wouldnt be doing this to them. What do you think??

The short answer here is yes. However, let's define what exactly love is. Love is a strong feeling of postive emotion towards another person.
Now, how one acts on this love defines what type of character a person has. If your friend is being honest with these two men, then she is doing nothing wrong. If she is lying to them, then that makes her a not very nice person.
You can also love two people, and decide just not to act on the love you have for one of them, because the other person is just a better match for you for whatever reason.
Love is complicated and hard sometimes. My guess is that your friend is in her twenties or teens, and is still learning about this whole "love" thing. She will figure it out. In the meanwhile, see if you can talk her into being honest.

um no she is in the world of fantasy and soap operas and doesn't know the difference between love and having feelings for both of them... loving two different men? no. having feelings for two different men? maybe.
