I want to make wine real fast. I'm going to be in a country where alcohol in any form is illegal. I'm very good at making booze, so I'm looking for recipes. 5% to 10% alcohol is what I'm after. Any Ideas are welcome. Don't bother telling me to quit drinking, because I wont. thanks.

If you want anything worth drinking, don't worry too much about fast or it will taste nasty and not be worth making in the first place.
Probably the simplest thing you can do is make ciders. Just use bottle of fruit juice (whatever's handiest) and add sugar as necessary and your yeast.
At the very least (depending on how long you'll be there) you can mail order some yeast, or have a friend/relative mail you some packets of dry yeast...concealed if necessary.

I would avoid baking yeast, *especially* because you're after something in a hurry...it stays suspended in your brew way too long, leaving it tasting yeasty and nasty.

But then, if your hurry to get hooch is more important than what it tastes like, sugar the hell out of some fruit juice, pitch your yeast in there and in a week, you'll have *something* that'll get you good and buzzed.

I brew beer at home and can make a great tasting saison or chimay style beer around 7-10% alcohol.-1 liter should get you buzzing. it cooks for an hour, cools, ferments in a 6 gal plastic bucket for a week and then into liter bottles. 1 week at room temp, then 1 week in the fridge and they are ready to drink. All said and done, the process takes about 3 weeks, minimum. the longer you wait, the better the results.
I have often wondered what I would do in a dry country and I think you answered that for me.
I feel like the hardest thing for you to find might be the yeast, as it is the key to fermentation, and some dry countries also have mostly unleavened bread.
As far as wine goes, I have no experience, and booze would be risky with the equipment necessary for distilling.

If you add more sugar and get it a little warmer, you'll be good to go.
