I have been working with her for the past three years.Every time she is staring at me. I usually ignore her as I am intersted with another colleague of mine who is not interested with me, even though that I have emailed and given her dozed of love letters.

Tell me what to do

Thanks

i'm no longer taken aback with this now. I even have already taken aback 2 years in the past whilst my chum too confirmed me his pretend id as a woman and the affection mails he gained. i think of this has grow to be hassle-free on a similar time as chatting. Its fairly hilarious if those unfavorable men think of that your colleague is somewhat a woman and start to love him deep. yet whilst your chum could be caught what could be the reaction of those men....?

Only two possibilities Bro
Either she likes you or she's keeping track of all the time you're not working and then you have a bigger problem.
Keep romance out of the workplace.
If it doesn't work out it makes things very awkward for the two of you.
As the expression goes don't sh** where you eat. Trust me this is very true.

my advice would be that you should stop the love letters to the one colleague because if i am getting this right she doesn't like you. as for the other girl who stares, she may like you. Talk to her and get to know her. maybe she just likes to stare.

Well, either tell her nicely or feel flattered that you have been noticed... The other women give up she may have someone else she is not telling you.

Get back to work. Stop wasting your employer's time.

If you're not interested in her, keep ignoring her.
