If a lady had a sexual intercourse with three-four people in the same day. How she can get the real father of the child?? I need full explanation.

Well, there is a theory that once there are sperm inside, if sperm from another male enter the womb, the first sperm will fight them off. If that theory is true, then the first man she had sex with would most likely be the father. However, the only true way to tell is through DNA testing.

Interesting use of the word "lady." To me, it would seem very unusual circumstances indeed for a Lady to have intercourse with three or four people on the same day. Some terribly important magical ritual, perhaps.
A woman who has intercourse with three or four people in one day cannot know without a DNA test to take place after the child is born, unless she chooses partners of sufficiently different genetic types that paternity is evident without the DNA test.
I am intrigued that you say you need a full explanation. Were you one of the three or four? How similar were the others to yourself in terms of inherited characteristics such as color of skin, hair, eyes, shape of facial features, and so on?
If this woman makes an attempt to place legal responsibility on one of you, do take it to court and be sure of all the facts. These laws are in place mostly for the benefit of the child, not either parent.

She doesnt.If she had sexual intercourse with 3-4 people in the same day then she wouldnt want to know the real father of the foetus either. Note that I use foetus, not child.

She can guess and hope and pray all day long but the only TRUE and accurate way of finding out is by getting a DNA test. This would be best for her, the father and the baby. Good luck

Well, the s*l*u*t would have to get each of the losers to agree to do a paternity test after the child is born. Maybe she could call Maury and go tell her story on t.v. I know he does free paternity tests for the hoochie mamas around the United States.

Well, for starters, that is no lady having sex with that many people in the same day. She will need a DNA test. Tell her to contact the Maury Povich show. She will fit right in.

You will have to get a paternity test. If you go to the welfare office or call child support division of your local courthouse, they can usually help you, and at no cost if you are of low income, and without child support would need assistance.

Start with blood tests, cheaper. If you get lucky, that might weed most out. If not, dna test would be necessary. Unless it's obvious from the looks when child is born.

You wouldn't know who the father is...you would have to have a DNA test when the baby is forn to find out who the father is.
