Once you get moving, it isn't difficult at all.

What is difficult is turns in a city. You are used to looking 'left-right-left' and then you have to switch to 'right-left-right'. In some situations, say where you make a turn and then make a high speed merge, or make a turn and then have to stop midway for a second light or yield (i.e. a slightly complicated turn) you really have to be careful because you natural inclination is to look one way and you should look the other.

The only other thing is getting used to shifting with your left hand, if in a manual car.

Not really. Been there done that. Believe me, you will not forget which side to drive on. It is a litlle scary for a couple of days and most folks drive with EXTRA caution! The round-a-bouts take a bit of geting used to also. A vehicle thats all ready inside has the right-a-way. Motorways in the UK are similar to our expressways but back country roads are a lot narrower. Slow down and drive with care.
