If your gum are bleeding, you NEED to brush and FLOSS daily. Also the bleeding is a sign of Gingivitis nad most probably you have Periodontitis as well (bone loss) if you gums have been inflammed for long time. Get a cleaning at the dental office and see if you need any other therapy. Mouthwash will not replace brushing at all. Its amazing at what advise the average person is giving you.....

Sorry but the best way to clean your teeth is to brush, and if they are bleeding you need to brush all the more so, don't be put off by the bleeding.
Get yourself a really soft brush, even a child's toothbrush and just brush in small circles on the teeth and gums.
Most mouthwashes don't really do anything other than freshen your breath.
Hope this is helpful.

Firstly, there is no effective alternative to brushing teeth. Your bleeding gums are probably due to you brushing too hard and brushing at the gums as well as the teeth. If you brush your teeth too hard it cause inflammation of the gums/gingiva. If this continues and the ligaments and alveolar bone are lost they cannot be replaced. This leads to your gums receeding/shrinking. This is called periodontitis and is irreversible but IS PREVENTABLE. You should see a dentist immediately before your problem worsens and they can treat it so that your gums wont bleed any more and the periodontitis is cleared.

Bleeding gums is usually a sign of gingivitis. The best way through this is to brush your teeth and start the use of a mouthwash.

This is a curable problem. But you have to be patient and consistent.
Get two pinch of turmeric powder and Sengha (Pakistani) Salt and put few drops of Mustard Oil (not refind) and with the help of your finger massage your teeths and gums with this mixture twice a day. Within few days you will see the result and your teeth will become healthy.
Also remember to clinch your teeth and keep them clinched whenever your are urinating. You will never find that or any other problem retaed to your teeth EVER!

Go to the dentist and see what they say, but even I get bleeding gums! Apparently though if you keep cleaning your teeth your gums eventually get used it and toughen up so they don't bleed anymore! But don't worry about it, we all get it!
