That is an accurate depiction of christianity. All of it's teachings tell us to spend this life preparing for another, better one, though there is no concrete evidence that this other life exists. In fact, there is no evidence that any of the stories in the bible are true.

It certainly could be that, however it is unfortunate that Christians do not continue to follow their leader. Actually the world would be a better place if all religious people would jump off a cliff and go to their Gods. And in the event that they don't want to jump because they think it may be suicide, I am sure that there would be people happy to give the religious people just a nice little push to help them on their way.

You have to love the typical Christian response. They do not even take a second to ponder your question, they automatically answer that God is great and wonderful, etc, etc, etc. I wonder if you say those words enough you become brainwashed into thinking that way. However amazingly enough that Christians or any religious believers do not research their religion or it's history or anything like that. It actually is impossible to truly believe in something without having done the applicable research and researched it fully. The mass majority of Christians have done little to no research, and those that have done the massive amounts of research are leading the churches and do not want their followers to look into anything (or else the church would be exposed for the falsehoods that it is about).

Fantasy: Very typical Christian response, you do not agree with it so you insult the person. Can you feel your feet burning? Not yet, well get use to the heat because you are going to HELL for that type of attitude and insulting others.

You are speaking out of ignorance, you obviously have no idea what christianity is about.

Read Matthew chapters 5-7 and then maybe you will have a better grasp on the teachings of Christ.
It is a prescription for mankind that, if followed, would stop all wars, feuds, crime, broken families, starvation, the host of problems concerning the poor, etc...

Call it what you want. A predicted Messiah came, fulfilled the prophecies, healed the sick, raised the dead and said that God was a Father who wanted his family back. He was killed by an organized religion and an iron empire but he rose from the dead. His followers went out caring for orphans and widows and declaring that Jesus is Lord. The organized religion and the Roman Empire tried to stamp them out. Yes we're out of control. I agree with you, christianity put us through the Dark Ages, now it wants us to go through a second one? its time to fight back, communism is the way to wipe out the christians.

I dont think yorue ignorant at all. its the christians that are the truly ignorant ones, they forget thier own history and expect everyone to go along with the things they did in the past.
