Does the Yolk fall apart if you have no egg whites?

The yolk actually has its own membrane. You can tell this if you carefully separate the yolk from the white. The yolk holds its shape. But if you pierce the membrane, you'll see the yellow start to pour out.

Just be careful not to get any yoke on ya unless you want to be instantly transformed into an eggy person.. :D

It would depend if you puncture the sac.
