It means that she shouted like a mad person, in an incoherent manner.

"Gritò frenéticamente". Or better, if she carried on doing it for a period, "Gritaba frenéticamente".

It means she was yelling, screaming, abusive, loud, unpleasant and would not let it go or just shut up ! Sometimes a consequence of her being highly emeotional and very upset !
