instead of arguing with your teachers ask them in different ways or share your ideas in a positive way. you might be on to something with your unique way of thinking but are coming across wrong to everyone....

I don't think that it's any of those answers... I have a son who can take a 100 problem math test without hesitation or a second thought, he will come up with all correct answers on his math. He does it ALL in his head and then says the answer or writes it. This doesn't mean that something is wrong with you, it just means that your brain sees it differently and on a different level than most. As far as most teachers, (Not all) they will discredit your answer, as they're the ones with the degrees to teach you and most don't realize that there are some students in life with the gift of knowing things that are true, but thought out in a different way, this is a gift. They and you should recognize it as such.

Sincerely, Shelia.

ok first off i think you are asking about paranoid schizophrenia. here's how we find out: do you think that people are out to get you?do you think that your life is in danger or the lives of people around you are in danger because of you?do you think that people are following you and spying on you. if you answered no to these dthen no. obviously you have seen A Beautiful Mind too many times. it is true that schizophrenics do have a higher intelligence but that still doesn't mean that you are a schizo. my biological mother has undifreintiated schizophrenia and she was intelligent. me and my brothers are all intelligent and we have been tested several times for schizophrenia and we are all clear.it could be that you are very intelligent.the bestthing to do is go get a psych evaluation done. when you have these different concepts in math or science or whatever have you, write it down in a note book.try getting an IQ test done and try seeing if maybe you can get into a higher math and science.

No, but you may have a "Napoleonic complex." If you think of alternate "scientific" explanations, without the mathematical or experimental work to support your position, you are just showing off, and very stupidly. Science is not a matter of opinion. If you think your "scientific" opinion is as good as that of the scientist actually doing the work, you are wrong.

Now, if your science teacher is teaching "creationism," and you are objecting based on your own studies or the works of other scientists, you're in good company.

People in general don't like others who do not follow there ways of life and believes. Just because you question a subject doesn't mean your going crazy. It's just saying that your the type of person that doesn't take for fact what is put in front of you till Undeniable proof is handed to you. Your an Idealist. As for the teachers. Just watch how you speak to them. Cause I'm the same way and have caught myself not meaning to sound like a jerk...but coming off like one. Choose words wisely and try not to make it sound like your NOT agreeing with what is being taught...in stead..when you ask the teacher something...phrase it more so like your asking a question...not challenging his or her knowledge. Teachers will find that offensive VERY fast. Like in Math....ask the teacher if doing it THIS way would be acceptable. and showing them like your trying to sell something. Not like your trying to prove them wrong. If the teacher gets upset and tells you to just do it like they said...then they are not a very good teacher. Good teachers will follow along with you and see if your way is good....and then show you if there is a flaw in your way. Not scorn you for thinking outside the box.

ok well to start, you're not using the word "paranoia" in the correct usage here. you're just a different kinda thinker, there's nothing wrong with it, you just have different ideas. and i dunno what the issue with the teachers are, that's just totally stupid. but just try your best to do things THEIR way for just a week or so, and see how it goes. if you just can't stand it, then just be you, and dont be afraid to stand out from the rest of the group
