I told a girl up front how much I cared for her over the years, and I wanted to be with her in a relationship but could not at the moment. She said that she wanted to be friends and for our friendship to grow to a good friendship. I said if we were good friends my feelings for her would grow, and I might want to ask her out. She reiterated how we are friends, but since that talk, we have had a few intimate and very personal conversations while playing footsie. I cannot handle how crazy I am for her now! Is she teasing me?

have the conversation with her again about how u feel and ask her if she has changed her mind. if yes the great for u , if not then stop making yourself crazy and pull away till u have a handle on your feelings again. u may not be able to be friends with her. very personal conversations with girls don't always mean anything. girls talk to their friends like this all the time. the footsie thing not so much. i think a part of her is enjoying how u feel about her but she may not know this could end up hurting you so talk about it with her. good luck

If she says she just wants to be friends, then she just wants to be friends!
I think she's just trying to keep you as a friend. If she continues to flirt on like is, then it's most likely that she's just not ready for a relationship.
It sounds to me that this relationship as a relatively small chance of happening, but it can happen.

She can be teasing you, but all you got to do is listen to the sound of her voice and how she talks...then you can tell if she is teasing you. maybe she likes you back just as much and doesn't want you to know.
