Sorry? What got me through the tough times did you say?
Life goes on. You can't possible appreciate the good times if you've never experienced anything unpleasant. Nothing lasts forever, including bad stuff. Besides, I can usually find every cloud has a silver lining.
You have god. I have , er.. letting things take their course, I guess.
Thank you for asking.

How do you define God? There are so many concepts of who or what God is. Everyone answering this question may be thinking of something totally different. Most probably have a Christian God in mind because of the demographics of this forum but even within Christianity different sects see God somewhat differently.
I tend to doubt the existence of God(s) as defined by the organized religions but I do allow that there might something far different. For me if there were a God they would be something along the lines of Nature itself.

Reason, Everyone needs a Reason to Live, thats why God gave you the ability to Think for yourself, while everyone around you is living their own lifes, let them!
Believe in yourself and God will open all those doors locked in your Mind.
God is with those who can see him in every day Life.

You BELIEVE God. Do I believe God? Which one - the Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, Mormon, Native American, Aborigine, or even an alien God from some undiscovered planetary civilization we are not aware of yet? Do I believe God? That depends on what is being claimed. Human beings are notoriously arrogant when it comes to thinking that they personally represent what God thinks. It said "God is with us" on the belt buckles of the German soldiers during WWII, and it didn't work out so well for Germany, did it? You need to state what "God" is claiming, or this question doesn't really mean much.

Depends on what you believe about God?!
I believe that there is a god and that all gods are the same one God!
I also believe that God knows that I believe without having to go to church or chapel etc to tell or show him!

As god has never told me anything I don't know if I believe him or not... But then I don't believe in gods anyway, so therefore neither believe nor disbelieve them.

Do you believe that a car can take you from point A to point B?
You may not know exactly how a car work or a plane but you believe. Likewise you may not understand God but you should believe in Him always. I certainly do!
