Gotta get foods that are as UNprocessed as possible. Fresh veggies as opposed to canned or even frozen. Deli meats have quite a bit of salt, but the stuff at the deli counter has less than the prepacked stuff. Cook fresh meats so you can control the seasoning.
Other than that, look up a local health food store. They should have a low sodium section. Here in the US we have a store called Whole Foods. I don't know if they deliver, but maybe you have some equivalent type of store over there. Good luck!

You can make most recipes lower sodium just by following a few steps. First don't add any or very little added salt. Second, if using canned vegetables (loaded with sodium) drain the liquid and rinse with cold water or just buy low sodium varieties. Third, if your recipe includes cheese, try using a smaller amount. Cheese is loaded with sodium as are deli meats, cold cuts, hot dogs. Finally use spices instead of salt. Mrs Dash carries an entire line of spice blends that are sodium free.

It's good that you're looking to buy the healthy food, but my suggestion is: Do Not buy outside food! Don't takeaway food or things like that!
Since you're a girl -- why don't you cook them for yourself? It's far better to prepare healthy meals for yourself -- since you really care about the hygiene, the taste, the low in sugar and salts... and so forth!
If you can't cook ~ then learn it! That's the best way for you to stay away from unhealthy food! Let me point this out: there's no (on line) restaurant that sells such healthy, low of salt food!

Why a website? Perhaps you could go to local shops or try a local Farmers' Market or country market (if you live near one). In these great places you can find wonderful fresh local fruit and vegetables which are generally low in salt. Try cooking them in ways where you don't add salt.

You can buy Lo Salt from supermarkets for seasoning and cooking. If you cook your own food you control the ammount of sodium you are ingesting--it's as simple as that. If you are prone to the moon face effect though I fear low salt diet will not banish it entirely.

Any of the supermarkets that do online deliveries will do this for you, you just need to pick fresh foods and cook them yourself. Huge variety, all veg, fruit, fresh fish and meats. Plus most dairy products. I have a virtually salt free diet.

Try eating fruit and veg - they have a very low salt content and do not need salt adding to them (even though people do because it brings out the flavour, especially when cooking veg).
Stay away from processed and tinned foods.

Most of the supermarkets have adopted one of 2 easy labelling system to show salt, fat, sugar content etc. Tesco and Sainsburys the extra info on most products when shopping online .

Now here's a radical idea. Just eat real food which naturally comes without added salt - simple.
