i saw that it is on pay per view still, or at least on my directv it is still offered that way, but no free viewing yet

As long as Al Gore can make a buck it's not going to be aired for free. That's the real inconvenient truth.

If ratings mean anything it was well watched the first time, but the opinions after the fact were mostly negative, most people seeing through the smoke and mirrors... so now If it's aired the green weenies have to pay for it, at commercial rates... Or you pay for it, (buy the CD, or Pay Per View...)
