Is Understandable this text?

Hello, I'm Brandon, I'm studying english, I would like to know if this text is correct :

"I have been studying English since January, and my knowledge is on the increase, I think that before June, I will have learned more ; I would like to go to Colombia in July, but I don't know if For then my Mother will have money. Today is Friday, it's cold, and at the night I will review my mail. I have to go to my school on Monday ; here in Spain I like to go outside with my new friends. At the school, The teacher of the "Castellano language" she says me: "Brandon, why do you arrive here at 10:30, if you know that the correct hour is at 10:00, and I say her: "teacher, happen that I get up at 9:00 at morning, I can´t get up early despite that I try. and she say me: You seem a child, I wish that some day you arrive here at the correct hour."

Please rewrite this text if is vey bad.

She then said to me: "You seem like a child, I wish that some day you would arrive here at the correct hour."

PS: What is the meaning of this anyway?

Overall, very good. It is completely understandable. There were just a few run-on sentences, and translations that were technically correct, but not quite the right words.
Also, proper paragraphing makes it easier to read.
