When making chocolate balls, is there a way to keep the balls from melting once they're taken out from the fridge and wrap in plastic wrappers? thank you.

Keep them in a dark cabinet, but a LOW one, not up high. Heat rises and the higher the cabinet/shelf, the warmer they will be.

Turn the heat down in your house.
Possibly turn up the air conditioner.
