Just wondering if anybody else out there has a debt letter from a company called WESCOT CREDIT SERVICES LTD for the amount of 10 pounds for failure to pay for a PAY PER VIEW football game on SETANTA.
I recieved one this morning.....................this is the first thing i have heard about me oweing Setanta money for a game that i watched and supposedly hadn't paid for ( even though you can't watch a game without giving your credit card details).
I phoned Setanta and they said that they have been told to tell people to call an 0905 number so i did and it's a premium rate helpline that goes dead.........called Setanta back and they said thats all the info they can give me.
Anybody out there had the same problem ????

i have recived a letter from the same company, when i finally got hold of them i was told that the debt had been passed on to them from setana after kicking up a fuss they agreed to remove the charge, i also made a written complaint to setanta and they gave me setanta, rangers tv and celtic tv free for 3months as compensation!!!

no, but i would get in touch with your credit card company to see if the money has been taken out, if it has, you have nothing to worry about, it will be there as proof on your statement, if not wait and see if you get another letter, it sounds a bit dodgy to me, you must have paid for the game or you would not have been able to watch it.
