well thinking about excerice is not goinna help u( i assume ur goal is 2 loose weight since u r goal is increase in heart rate),yes nervousness does increase ur heart beat but then stress has been known to cause weight gain as well so,anyways to answer ur qstion no thinking about excericise will not help u at all not even 1% even if ur heart beat increses its not goinna be enough to give u the results u want.Anmy help u need on weight loss u may ask me pe@ce

It is possible. Remember that when you're nervous it increases a lot, even if you don't exercise at all
