All steaks are simular not sure what your question is. The most simular cut of beef to the ribeye steak is the standing rib roast.
Although prepared by roasting the origin of the meat is the same as the ribeye steak.

Nothing beats ribeye. Second choices would be Porterhouse ot T-Bone. Fillet mignon is tender but doesn't have the taste that the others do.

If you're refering to tenderness probably the filet mignon, which is also the smaller side of the T-bone or Porterhouse.
