its all started on mind conditioning, and of course the priorites on things that you should do.
prioritise you studies, say, scheduled your mind that you have to study by a given time, so that every time the schedule nears, your mind is ready and raring to go studying

and do it!

I would do a LIGHT workout before your studies just to get rid of some of that extra negative energy, but you don't want to burn yourself out. Eat the proper foods after exercising, i.e. protein, then go to a park or room where it is quiet and start studying. You can put on some classical chinese music, some other relaxation promoting CD, or the music of Steven Halpern, Kitaro, George Winston, Georgia Kelly, or Daniel Kobialka. Classical compositions from Bach and Chopin are also decent.
