As Kozza said, it is a RUSSIAN adverb (or a short adjective) and I agree with the translations given above: "FINE, WONDERFUL, EXCELLENT".
For example you would use it for saying that "Everything is fine" - "Vsyo prekrasno" (Всё прекрасно).
It does mean "BEAUTIFULLY" literally, so Cyan's answer wasn't far off. In the sentence that Sandora given though, you would need an adjective with a different ending (for neutral gender): You have a "prekrasnoe" name (У вас/тебя прекрасное имя.)
On an interesting note, the root of this word is "krasnoe" which means "red" in modern Russian. Not many people know that it used to mean "beautiful" (with "prekrasnoe" meaning "the most beautiful").
The RED SQUARE in Moscow (Krasnaja ploschad - Красная площадь) is called that not because it is Red, but because it is Beautiful. So given the historical meaning it should be translated as BEAUTIFUL or maybe Gorgeous :) SQUARE.
