Colemans always fascinates me because it always seems to be canary yellow.
Personally I think the French mustard is my favourite have not tried German so can not pass comment.

Well, there are a lot of good mustards out there. I think I have about five of them in the fridge right now but if I would have to choose just one of them, it would be the German sweet mustard Bavarian style from Hengstenberg. :)
Runner up would be French Dijon mustard.

BTW did you know that the most common liquid confiscated by airport security is honey mustard? :)

The English without a doubt. If Coleman's is too strong like it is for me both tesco and sainsburys do a value one for about 30p with is a little milder.

Oh, German for sure. Spicy and full of flavor.
But in all honesty, I love plain yellow mustard just as much.
Try whole grain mustard mixed with mayonaise, a dash of salt, a dash of paprika, a dash of horseradish sauce. Mix well....soooooogood on sandwiches!

Definitely, USA. Try Guldens Spicy Brown (not really spicy, just tangy) Of course, it depends what type of mustard you want and what you will serve it with. The one mentioned above is great for hot dogs and most anything you would use mustard for.
