Obviously, one of two things happened:
Either God created more people.....or
Incest wasn't an issue in these times....

The world neede to be populated somehow from 2 people, right?

The Bible does not specifically say who Cain’s wife was. The only possible answer was that Cain's wife was his sister or niece or great-niece, etc. The Bible does not say how old Cain was when he killed Abel (Genesis 4:8). Since they were both farmers, they were likely both full-grown adults, possibly with families of their own. Adam and Eve had surely had more children than just Cain and Abel at the time Abel was killed - they definitely had many more children later (Genesis 5:4). The fact that Cain was scared for his own life after he killed Abel (Genesis 4:14) indicates that there were likely many other children and perhaps even grandchildren or great-grandchildren of Adam and Eve at that time. Cain's wife (Genesis 4:17) was a daughter or granddaughter of Adam and Eve.

Adam and Eve had two sons. It did not mention any female siblings but obviously there were some. Insest was not a problem in those days as the blood of procreation was clean. If we all came from the original Mother and Father is it all some kind of distant insest? It is like the breeding of any animal. As the genitic patterens develope into a certain place and the blood is full of distortion then the chemestry for bad breading can come to a point that there must be too much or too little of something. Thus birth defects.

Cain is the son of the serpent, & not Adam, The serpent was a upright creature BEFORE the curse. Gen. 3:14 is where God curses the serpent, The serpent was a worker for Adam. & since the bible says let EVERY seed muitiply their own seed, Then the serpent had to have a spouse, & they also had Children, Therefore You can say that Cain married his sister, When The curse came God turn the serpent & his mate & his children & cursed them all, & the only reason he did not strip Cain of his arms & legs, Is that Eve was his mother, Therefore Cain had a soul & the serpent did not.

The jews make mention of Adam's first wife, Lilith. They were both created from the dirt so she insisted they were equal. Adam was supposed to have told her not to eat the fruit but she wouldn't obey. When she got kicked out, Adam made god make him a new wife who would be more submissive.
Cain could have found Lilith.

We don't know how many people there were by then. Were children born to Adam & Eve before the fall? None are mentioned, but God had told them to "multiply." It also was common at the time not to include women in genealogies.
