I am 23 year old man.I am 5.9 inch and 69kg.I'm not slim.Heavy fat(looks like 3 month pregnant)in stomatch.How could i become slim and fit?.I need natural or ayurvedic treatments.

At 60 kgs you are not too fat. Here are my simple steps for losing a few pounds and being healthy: -Cut down on the sugar. Soda and candy are killers. You don't have to eliminate them (because I know it is hard to do that) but limit yourself to 1-2 servings a day. -Get out! Go for a 30 minute walk or run every day. -Get a training buddy. Find someone to work out with. Go swimming together, walks, play a sport...whatever. Just be active. -EAT THREE MEALS...***ESPECIALLY BREAKFAST*** my experience has been that most overweight people skip breakfast (and sometime lunch) and the gorge themselves at dinner and all evening. Eat three good meals each day. Make these basics a habit and will get to a proper weight in no time.

Do padha hastanguli asan atleast twenty five times a day along with paschimothasan, halasan, sarvangasan and bhujangasan. If you cannot do this, do the straight and bending postion atleast 15 times slowly with the tummy tuck machine or else take half a tablespoon of thriphala combined with honey before going to bed in the night. Dramatic improvement can be seen if all the above procedures are combined.

You are ok but if you have a slim body structure then only I feel it is about 5 kgs are more. You just schedule your diet (no dieting ok). Sleep at least 6-7 hour per day, If you not excercise, do some jogging or morning walk. This all will help you to become slimmer.

Dear friend, Just do a brisk walking / jogging everyday either in the morning or in the evening at least for an hour. If you are starter, start from doing it for 10-15 minutes in the initial stage, & increase the timing slowly & you should reach one hour at least in 20days. You have to sweat out everyday. Drink lots of water. Avoid oily food. At the end of one & half / two months, you will definitely have the result. Check it out.

EXERCISE! as a trainer i recommend you exercise...run for 30 min a day 7 days a week and watch your belly go.... as far as nutrtion goes follow a low fat diet with moderate carb intake...plenty of protein. A natural supplement would be CLA which actually is a fat that helps fat metabolism in a centralized area in this case your belly.

You are lucky, fat in the belly is the easiest to get rid off!!! Exercise (brisk walking, jogging, cycling) is the best bet. Try avoiding excessive alcohol (if you drink), too much rice and do not sleep immediately after having your meals.

do walk for 20-30 minutes daily after meals.
drink 4 glass of water daily in early morning do tadasan become empty stomach
go to morning speed walk & jogging.
do KAPAL BHATI PRANAYAAM 20minutes daily in morning & night

U have to first checkup ur eating habbits.timely food with less fatreplacing with,veg salads etc Bending and rolling excercises will reduce ur tummy while walking will increase your stamina

Just srart morning walk for 7-8 kms. per day .It must be brisk.I bet U can be fit within 2 years.U must do it daily.!!!!!!
