Headaches happen for many reasons. Stress, dehydration, poor eating habits, to much or not enough caffeine, lack or an abundance of sleep. I am a suffer of migraines and my doctor told me to lower my intake of caffeine. Such as soda, and chocolate. When you have a headachee if your sensitive to light, sound, or movement then its not a headach it's a migraine. Then you should see your doctor. Normally when something happens to our body's that not normal its are body's telling us somethings wrong. Look it up on the Internet, call up our doctor. There is no such thing as a stupid question just a stupid answer.

It could be that you are dehydrated. If you are a woman, it is not uncommon to get bad headaches during your cycle (sorry if you are a man!!). Maybe you are tired that can sometimes give you a wooly head. Most headaches are harmless - I get migranes where the pain is so bad I am convinced I am going to die - but I never do!! Men sometimes get very sudden extremely painful headaches for no reason.
Go to www.headachetest.co.uk that will give you information on all the different types of headaches - symptons etc.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Try to get your eyes checked, that can sometimes cause headaches.

If the headaches are occuring in the morning, you may also mention it to your dentist. I was having recurring morning headaches, and the muscles in my jaw were sore. He made me a silicone mouthpiece to wear at night, and the headaches stopped!

I also have caffeine headaches if I don't have my morning coffee. If you are accustomed to having coffee, and don't get it, that can cause a headache until your body adjusts to not having it any more.

Sometimes, it is dehydration and you can drink some water. However I heared its the fluid around your brain, something about that. It can also be stress.
