I think the views from the London Eye are pretty special.
And going over Richmond Bridge on the train.

I recently spent two weeks in St Thomas Hospital, overlooking the houses of parliament and the London Eye and watching the traffic going over Westminster Bridge it was superb scenery whilst I recovered, I couldn't have asked for an nhs hospital in a better location in the UK.

I'm with most of the others - the best view is from the road out of London.

Walking up Fleet St with all the old buildings and St Paul's rising through it all. It is just really well composed- peace and chaos, religion and commerce. It reminds me of old paintings/photos - apart from cars as opposed to horses, not that much has changed. It is still a mad old town.
