I stayed in a double deluxe room at the Hilton in Nottingham.
It looked like a Travel Lodge.
And I got food poisoning from room service.
I would not stay at another Hilton.

Well i've stayed in both and the hilton is by far the nicest plus you have a bar and restaurant there with room service the works however the holiday inn is only an inn so doesnt offer room service for me it would definitley have to be the Hilton. have a good time :--)

The Holiday Inn (St Nicholas Circle) is close to the City Centre whereas the Hilton is located out of town but close to the Motorway.

The Hilton would be the best choice as it generally offers more. Holiday Inn is not what you would call romantic.

go with the cheaper room and then you have more money to spend on doing things together or to put towards a romantic meal or even order room service. It doesn't really matter what the room is like .... its who your sharing it with and what u r giong to do in it

I dont know really... just go for either one! Then on your next special occasion (a birthday or something even) go to the other hotel - then you get to try out both and its a good excuse to treat yourselves twice hehe

Check the reviews on this site. They'll provide some great information about both hotels, and sometimes even pictures from guests.
