I'm getting over a crush on a guy at work since he turned out to be a jerk. The only thing is that I want to keep feeling this way.

Dear, don't hate him, juss try to ignore him slowly. When u hate someone that means you still care. Make him feel that he is just like any other guy for u who walks past u. Who has no importance in your life nemore.
If he is a jerk, you can't take the risk(agony) to change him...let him go to hell.Start living a Jerk-free life, enjoy yourself...be happy.

I think the way to any disliking or hating is to forgive. Forgive is good whether you actually say it out loud or not. It heals your heart and you can go on living your life without this heavy burden anymore. The person can also live but you don't have to be his friend if you dont want too, but just to keep the hatred or dislike feeling from yourself. Good luck!

by testin the waters...that is the only way cuz if u sit home and be lonely and miserable all u gonna do is think about them...and the point of breakin up is to get over them.
or...just think about all the bad times with him and use that energy to lash out on him then go ur merry way. with u having the last word. :)
