I mean when we are in love, we do things that is so absurd.. things that makes us look stupid, but why? what is there in love?

Physiologists and psychologists did a study in which they found that being in love is like being temporarily insane. :-) But we all knew that anyway, didn't we. "Love doth make fools of us all." It's a state which both elevates us to Cloud Nine and brings us to the depths of despair, yet we long for it and spend much time and energy looking for it. From a socio-biological point of view, it's necessary to propagate the species! From a personal point of view, it's necessary to find meaning and completion in our lives. We are all lovers, and the children of lovers, from the beginning of time. We might as well enjoy it for the wonderful phenomenon that it is!

It is said that love releases endorphines in the brain, making us feel good, so that being the case than I would say that we do things to make us keep that feeling all the time. Sort of like a drug user chasing their high, they rob/cheat/steal to get money to buy more drugs and keep that high going on and on. At least love is legal!

its the word love itself that makes us act rediculous and stupid... there is no proper explanation, no scientific study that can proves why people tend to act stupid when they fall in love... in fairness it feels good to look stupid just for love .
