I suspect you are asking this question because you have had an e-mail refering to the dead doctor? He will have left no family but a small fortune in cash that needs moving out of Abidjan, and you can help out with this for a small percentage of the funds (10 to 15%).
If it is then you have a scam e-mail so stop worrying about it.
If you carry on then you will get e-mails asking for your personnal details such as full address, name and telephone numbers, a fax number, perhaps where you work (not all at the same time), perfect for identity thefts of for illegal imigrants to use the info when they are coming to the country. If you are lucky they will ask you to send cash to bribe officials via western union bank transfer (the bank of thieves by the way).
