I read somewhere that although cats and dogs like milk youre not supposed to give them in large amounts. You can give them a small amount of it but very rarely. I think it has something to do with them being unable to digest a certain enzyme or something like that

Yes. I just gave Ginger, my Jack Russell, a little bowl of milk, she had ear surgery, and does not want water, she is in a mood about the ecollar. We gave her milk and heavy cream when she was pregnant, because she could not eat very much.
It does NOT upset her stomach. No gas, no diarrhea

they can drink milk. why wouldn't they be able to drink milk? my dog drinks coffee. Hot. and loves it. he can drink a whole cup without spilling it. takes the lid off and is in heaven for about 8 minutes.
it can't be good for him. this I know, but he likes it.

Definetely NOT - it is very bad for their tummies .......also u have S.H.I.T loads of diarrhea to clean up !!
Stick to water!! Also don't give them pork - dogs should not and cannot have it !!

i would not recomend milk to it to big dogs as they might vomit or get dirrea
