human rights

It does include Christians but it doesn't mean that Christians because of their chosen or indoctrinated beliefs may walk over the human and civil rights of others to live in dignity.
The Christian vilification of gay relationships as alleged sin (Christian dogma) is one area where Christians deny gay people their dignity and try to enforce their Christian beliefs through legislation.

The human rights of the citizens of the USA are in mostly the hands of the legal system. If you are being attack because of your beliefs then you have the right to bring it to light in a court of law. The problem with that is you are jumping out of the frying pan into the fire. The courts are the biggest violators by far. I guess if the Spirit of God is leading you to say or act in a certain environment that may be hostile, then you better expect the violations to come either in perscution or actual body harm. I do know that satan is a liar and a thief and a murderer. If he gets the chance, he will violate your everything including your life. Walking with God and walking on fire is great is you have on the full armor of God. Just remember that it is a spiritual war that is being waged and it is an all volunteer army. When you surrender to God then He desires that you be a willing vessel for Him to use. It will be His Words coming out of your mouth and any violation of your rights will be a violation of God's rights. He will use it all against the enemy. Keep walking the walk, it is at least, never boaring.

Of course it does. "human rights
–noun fundamental rights, esp. those believed to belong to an individual and in whose exercise a government may not interfere, as the rights to speak, associate, work, etc."

key words: Whose exercise a government may not interfere.

This means that the government may not use my tax dollars to provide Xians with a place to preach. For example, the teacher's desk in a public school should not be a pulpit.

Also, Xians do not have the right to come to my house and preach. That falls under the category of "property owner rights".

It applies to Christians too. Until the Christians start doing things that take rights away from other people. Like ban gay marriages, force their prayer on innocent people, ban abortions, corrupt the education system so that they teach Fairy Tale as fact, and hold back science, or anything else that forces their beliefs on other people.

Edit : They can do what they believe. They CAN'T stop others from doing what those people believe or take any rights away from anyone else. Unfortunately, most Xians don't seem to see the rights of others as being important. Just themselves. It's a very selfish attitude.

each moral has the same rights as every other mortal. we all have the right to free will and doing what we feel in our hearts is the right thing to do as long as it does NOT interfere with the free will and rights of others or break the laws, rules, mores of the Country in which one resides.

“Everyone has the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion; this right includes freedom to change his religion or belief, and freedom, either alone or in community with others and in public or private, to manifest his religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship and observance.” Article 18, Universal Declaration Of Human Rights, 1948.
