What is "urge" software provided by mtv?

I found it installed on my computer but don't recall installing it.

Urge is not spyware is it the windows answer to itunes and it comes with windows media player 11.

It is a competitor to Itunes... you can download music, videos, etc.

It's spyware. Uninstall it.
