Just because he "says" he loves you, doesn't mean that something has changed. You left him for a reason. Does the word "love" change anything in your relationship? Did he change for the better because he loves you now? I don't have the right to judge, but if you left him the first time it only means that the relationship between the two of wasn't working out. Think about your decision and if you're willing to put up with the same things you put up with before you left him the first time. Love isn't everything. Good Luck.

How long have you splited up?
Has he had other relationship during this time?
Ask him straight away,
If he say yes, don't come back to him.
The person love you will never have interests on other woman.
The danger is once he easily get you back, and he may change again.
Don't think about him that he might be hurt, think about that you have just recovered from him.

Depends on why you broke up in the first place. But I make it a point not to, cause if it didn't work the first time, whats going to change now? Normally, i'd think you'd hust be wasting your time, but I don't know all the facts.
