Dress up pretty, go out clubbing and catch as many eyes as possible, remembering to smile and anyone half decent.
Or another idea, is to stand behind a bloke to like the look of and wait for him to bump into you and drop your drink, suggest he buys you another and get chatting.

Well for a start dont take your mobile phone out with you. There is nothing worse than texing someone when your being chatted up.
Try Smiling and holding the smile , A smile is number one pull.

DONT wear tight slutty clothing. men will just treat you like a one night stand. find a guy that looks nice (and hot) start a convo with him. but dont invite him back to ur places quite yet. ask him to meet you up somewhere like a coffee shop or something. then once he is hooked on you. do what ever you want ;-)

Dress and Look well... pass smile to guy whom you find attractive... don;t look that approachable (slutty as some one described above)... the best thing that forces me to talk to a female is her Walk and eyes

be yourself. no need for sluttiness. a gentleman wont want that. he will be appauled actually. its teh guy who want a one off who like girls like that. we do nt want taht. we wnat relationships that last and are true love. we live in the real world, these guys above live in fantasy land or should i say cuckoo land. dont listen to em. they're sad. they jist want it for thier satisfaction. thats called USING a girl for the satisfaction of tehmselves. thats sad. we want to be respected. shame on em all above. be yourself and ppl will see u for who u really are.
