grinding is basically rubbing your butt against his crotch as you are dancing. go to google or something and look up bump n grind, (not the r. kelly song). watch a few sean paul videos. watch what the girls do in ginuwines videos when they dance with him. just keep it hot, a lot of butt, and rub it all over him.

Be free and you"ll be okay. If you cant be free, just follow his moves, dont try to be an expert, be a learner who attends a class for 2 hours and who will be writing his/her exam for 15 minutes!

don't worry about it...it's all in you...you don't need to learn how to grind...as soon as it starts you'll do just fine
stuff like that doesn't need practice, unless this is a dancing competition hahah

It's Friday and you want to impress your boyfriend by Saturday.

If your commitment to this relationship is anything like your preparedness, then I suggest you ATTEND AS YOU ARE!

There aren't lessons in grinding, just use your rhythmn, it's not rocket science.

But make sure you use protection.

If you don't know how... maybe you're not ready.

Or just rent "Dirty Dancing."
