Sore throat (neck pain) cant swallow liquids/food, severe headaches, no energy and also fever. It started off with just minor pain in swallowing, but then when i went home few hours later, cause i had felt tired and went to sleep; later when i woke up i had a fever (high temperature) severe headache's and was feeling severe pains in my throat when i try to swallow.

I dont know if this is just something minor which i can sort out by drinking lemsip or something. Can anyone help? maybe i need to see the doctor?

Not long ago, I had those symptoms too. I ended up going to the doctor and it was a throat infection. The doctor prescribed penicillin,
It may not be the same illness but if you're hesitating visiting the doctor because you don't have health insurance, you can try different medicines.
First of all, try to get rid if the fever. Advil or Tylenol can help with both the fever and headache. Try not to drink anything cold to help your throat soreness. The no energy is just part of being sick. If you can, get as much bed rest as you can. It may hurt swallowing but drink plenty of fluids and try to eat.
If you don't start to feel better or get worse, you have no choice but to visit a doctor.

Quit smoking asap. Sore throat is usually due to a viral infection. Gargling with warm salty water or mouthwash can reduce the pain and inconvenience. You can find some good home remedies at http://ailments.in/sorethroat.html

Sounds like more than the flu. Probably streptococcus or strept throat. Look in the mirror or have someone else look for you in your throat. Look for white pustules or bumps. If they are there more chance it is strep.
For minor relief gargle with salt water. But, I would highly recommend seeing a doctor for antibiotics. A lot quicker on the relief.
After you have finished taking antibiotics you will need to take probiotics to restore the good flora into your body.

GOOD LUCK!!!

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

Sounds like strep to me- if it is you will need antibiotics-a simple throat swab can determine if it is that or viral. (aka fever)
Call your doctor or go to a immediate care facility.
Step does not go away on its own and can progress to Scarlett fever.

seek medical attention-step has been very active this season, but far from deadly.
