Hi, I am English learner. I am wondering how to say or reply when you are told "Nice to meet you " by new people,

Do you just say "Nice to meet you" back?

"Thank you! And you also" is one choice.
The more formal and old fashioned, "Pleasure is all mine!"
I often just say, "A pleasure!"
or
"Nice to meet you too!"
There are lots of answers really, even a smile and a nod will do.

"The pleasure is mine" is a good reply. If you say "Nice to meet you" back, you must stress the "you".

It's OK. You can say: "Nice to meet you too" or just "you too".
